  • On 4th May 2019, Annual Day programme was organized. Chief guest was Ms.Vanitha Datla , vice chairperson and managing Director, ELICO ltd. Guests of Honor were Mrs.Usha Reddy, President, DDMS and Mrs.Usha Kanda, vice President ,DDMS.
  • On 3 rd April 2019, In collaboration with HMA a student development program on “Campus to Corporate World – A road ahead” was conducted for all the MBA Students. Mr.Peesapati RaviKmar, President, HMA was the Chief Guest. Prof.KV.Achalapathi , Joint Secretary, HMA, Mr.Shivadar Soma, Treasurer, HMA
    and Mr.Ravichandra Chada ,CEO, were the other invited guests.
  • On Mar 8 th 2019, Women’s Day Celebrations were conducted in the Seminar Hall by MBA students. Students performed few dances and Skits related to Importance of women in Society and their empowerment.
  • On 30th Jan 2019 , a lecture on Banking is organised for MBA I & II students. Mr. Sailendra G from  Disha Consultancy with 35+ years of experience in Banking Industry was the speaker. He educated the students about important banking terms such as KYC, insurance, shares, mutual funds etc.
  • On 24 th November 2018, 19 th Foundation Day Lecture was organized. Mrs.Meera Shenoy, Founder &CEO of Youth4Jobs was the chief guest. Smt. N. Usha Reddy, President, DDMS was the Guest of Honor. N.Sitharambai, Chairperson and Prof.K.Rajendar, Secretary, Prof.C. RamaMohan, GB member have graced the occasion. The chief guest spoke on “empowering the girls on other the side”.She enlightened the audience about how their organization works to skill the disabled girls in the rural areas to empower them economically and socially. With the belief that that every disabled has ability and one can uplift the entire family if one member is given a job.
  • On 11 th September, A guest lecture by Ms.Sridevi and team from IMFS, a Skill Development Organisation was conducted. She spoke about the importance of Digital Marketing.
  • On 4 th September, Ms.Sravanthi from TASK (Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge, Department of ITE & C, Government of Telangana) gave a guest lecture on employability and skill set required for MBA students. She also spoke about the role and opportunities TASK is going provide the registered students.
  • On 7 th May guest lecture was conducted by Mr.V.Nagaraju from wayto He discussed about the various online finance classes which the students can undergo to enhance their skill set.
  • On 28 Apr 2018, Dr Yedlapalli Mohan Rao delivered a lecture on “Intellectual Power to Lead Life without any Inferiority and Fear
  • On 25 th April 2018 AMSSOI celebrated its 13 th Annual day. Ms Himabindu Cherukuri, Senior Associate Director, (Development), ISB Hyderabad was the Chief Guest. She spoke Speaking on the occasion she urged the students to take up games which keep the heart and mind young. She touched upon macro factors like individual competency, constant learning, and lack of aspirations that
    are lacking in the present generation. She exhorted the students to learn to speak up, to handle people and situations and to re-skill themselves to progress in life.
  • On 19th Mar 2018, Guest lecture on Building Self Reliance by Psychologist Mrs. Shailaja, Sahaja Foundation was organised the MBA students. She spoke about “how a girl has to groom herself into a confident woman by nourishing her inner self in a positive way”.
  • A workshop on “Digital Marketing” conducted by Mr Anand  from Digital Lync on 12th Mar, 2018
  • A workshop on “India Financial  Market” conducted by Mr B Srinivas from Karvy Broking Ltd. on 19th & 20th   Feb, 2018
  • Niryat Bandhu seminar on “Foreign Trade Policy and  Procedures” conducted by Directorate General of Foreign Trade(DGFT) and Federation of Indian Export Organisations(FIEO) in collaboration with AMSSOI on 3 Jan 2018. Speakers: Shri P Saibabu ITS, Deputy DGFT and Shri PT Srinath, Joint Director FIEO
  • Dr AMR Senapathy ,Siva Sivani Institute of Management, delivered a lecture on 12 Nov 2017  on the  topic “GST
  • K. Narendra Nath Menon, Sr.Faculty, IPE, delivered a lecture on “Nurturing outstanding leaders and navigating crisis” for our students on 15th April 2017.It was very lively and with many corporate examples quoted by him.
  • To reduce the stress levels of the students and to overcome the anxiety and depression, there came an institution “Heartfulness” which focused on meditation that could help the students to have a balanced mind.
  • Mr Zakir Hussain, Director, Artha Integrated Financial Academy interacted with students on 31st January 2017 on the topic “Emerging Job Opportunities in Financial Markets” .He guided the students on various career options in the field of finance.
  • A two-day workshop was conducted by Karvy group on “Financial markets and its products” on 5th and 6th of December 2016. It was a programme designed for the students to get a better understanding about the financial markets in India and its importance.
  • Mr Sudarshan, An Entrepreneur conducted a workshop on behalf of Govt Of India Enterprise, National Small Industries Association, on “Entrepreneurship” on 22nd November 2016.
  • Kiran Kumar, Author of the Novel:”The Game changers” was on the campus, on 21st November 2016 interacting with students about how they can bring about a change in the lives of uneducated people through improving Literacy Rates and Reading Habits.
  • There was a one day work shop on “career opportunities and Employment trends” for MBA students by the team of TIME Institute on 6th November 2016

Finishing School

  • As part of the Finishing School Programme, there was an interactive session on 19 April 2017 by Mr K.J.A.Swarup, Former General Manager(HR) ITC Ltd., about some tips on “How to face a Job Interviews”.
